The language is Ancient Sumerian (Cuneiform Script). The inscription reads “Ushumgal Hili”, which roughly translates as “Bad Dragon”.
However, since slang rarely ever translates, this is not a truly direct translation – the proper Sumerian word for “Bad” has no sexual connotations; so “Hili” more accurately translates as “lewd” or “alluring.”
